AT THE STARING LAKE PARK AMPHITHEATER IN EDEN PRAIRIE The Genesis Jazz Orchestra (GJO) will play in the free Minnesota Festival of Jazz on the Prairie on Sunday, June 8, 2025 at 1:00 p.m. at the Staring Lake Park Amphitheater, located at 14800 Pioneer Trail in Eden Prairie. The festival, which will run from 12:00 Noon to 7:00 p.m., will feature seven local big bands and will run in conjunction with the Eden Prairie Noon Rotary's Rib Fest. The concerts are free and attendees are encouraged to bring lawn chairs or blankets. The Genesis Jazz Orchestra (GJO) will play their free Summer Concert on Sunday, June 15, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. at Rosemount's Central Park Amphitheater, located at 2893 145th Street West. The concert, hosted by the Rosemount Area Arts Council, is free and attendees are encouraged to bring lawn chairs or blankets.

Rehearsal information:
Day/Time: Scheduled Mondays, 7-8:30PM (see calendar above)
Location: Blackhawk Middle School (see map below)

For parking, you can park in either the lower lot (the Deerwood lot) or the upper lot. If you park in the upper lot, walk down the hill on the sidewalk.
Enter the lower level doors, which are the doors that are open for Community Ed activities.
The band room will be straight ahead on the left, past the pool.
